  Anyone left the ORG, because they were force out for being gay? I am not gay I am married but have a few gay and lesbian friends. I was just wondering about that. I do know that in the Hall that my parents went to when I still lived at home, one of the Elders at that hall had a gay son, he was an active JW, not out of the closet but HELLO FRISCO he was so gay, later I think he came out but no one told me anything about what happend to him.

  Computer problems: Jittering MP3s

  i'm hoping someone can help me with this problem.. i just got a "new" computer at work, and it's a hunk of shit.

  it's running winxp pro (the word "pro" is questionable imo).

  i listen to mp3 cds at work, and i've never had a problem with winnt or win98.

  To fix this here is what you need, Bible Medium size Crucifix Holy water A copy of the Roman Ritual silver Archangel Michael medal Turn on computer, sprinkle a little holy water on the tower, be careful not to get shocked, place the crucifix on the hard drive, begin reading the Roman Ritual prayers for exorcism, be sure to wear your Archangel Michael Medal, Repeat if needed until the MP3's play normal The power of christ compells you

  Is becoming a witness the right thing for me

  i've been struggling for quite some time now about continuing my exploration of the jehovah witness faith.

  i am a "cradle" catholic and have been very involved with the church.

  i started to become disillusioned several months back with all of the tradition, habits, and teachings of the church--which i began to seriously doubt.

  Marketman, I was born into a JW family and was divided because half the family was JW and the other half Catholic, I spent years after I left JW, with so much emotional problems, I didn't want anything to religion, god or JW. My Cathloic family has always been so nice and so I later joined the Catholic church. If you stop going to mass for a few months and then decide to come back, no one is pointing at you or calling you inactive Catholic, or accuse you of being on the side of satan, no infact they welcome you as if you were just there last sunday. Try doing that as a JW, your family will not talk to you and people who you thought were your friends will turn their backs on you.

  Welcome to this website, take the time to look around and read peoples stories, Think long and hard about leaving the Catholic Church, because it may be the last time you ever feel welcomed, secure, happy, or not scared for the rest of your life.

  Oh by the way there are a few videos on this website that you should check out.

  okay, so i was at an free out door festival about a week ago.

  there was a rather dirty looking woman there with her little yorkie, who looked rather skinny and was a little mangy.

  so i asked the woman if i could pet the dog.

  a car full of sisters whom i've known for years showed up today.

  one got out of the car and asked if i got my "invitation".

  she let me know that they were supposed to give one to everybody.

  ok, here's the challenge: how do you tell your witness "friends" and relatives that you don't think it's the "truth" - without them labeling .

  you as an apostate and fleeing in terror?
